David Huffman
Co-President & Partner
Meet David, a seasoned professional who began his journey in the construction industry during college in the early 70s and has remained actively involved ever since. With a wealth of experience, David has overseen numerous projects, ranging from new construction to renovations, and spanning across residential and commercial real estate. Widely respected for his expertise and leadership skills, David has earned a stellar reputation among colleagues, partners, and clients alike. In fact, at the age of nineteen he developed his first apartment complex in Auburn, Alabama, The Hyatt House Apartments, where he single-handedly designed, built, and managed the complex. With his unwavering passion for construction and his extensive experience in real estate development, David Huffman is well-equipped to deliver outstanding results on any project he undertakes.
Daniel Huffman
Co-President & Partner
Daniel Huffman is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in the multifamily construction industry. Holding a Georgia General Contractors Unlimited license, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role as Co-President and Partner to SimpliRent. With an outstanding track record, Daniel has successfully overseen the construction of over 200 units, encompassing both new construction and rehabilitating single-family residences. His hands-on approach and unwavering attention to detail ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality.
Ben Huffman
Co-President & Partner
Leading the Marketing Department while simultaneously overseeing the Home Renovation Division, Ben has an impressive track record, having built and renovated over 200 properties in the last ten years. His creative thinking and strategic approach have propelled SimpliRent to the forefront of the real estate industry. With an acute eye for design and meticulous attention to detail, Ben consistently delivers stunning and functional spaces.
